24 May

So yesterday was a half day of school.
Got Jacob then we all went out to Lunch at Quiznos with Mike.
Afterward Jacob had to get his eyes checked again. His vision is getting worse and they said for us to bring him in again in 3 months to make sure that they are going to change again.
So we went to Sears, I left a message with the manager and Needless to say, the new lady forgot to give it to her.
So I called the Manager today to find out about the warranty, to see if it covers new lenses, she said nope we would have to purchase a new set frames and all. BUMMER. I don't know what to do. Cause if we do that know then he may have to do it again in 3 months and I don't want his vision getting any worse from wearing the same glasses that are weak now. I guess that is something we are just going to have to deal with, new glasses now and hope and pray his vision stays the same and not change within the next 3 months. If it does then I guess we will be purchasing yet another pair of glasses.

This morning we got up at 7:30, went for a 30 minute walk. The boys enjoyed it and are looking forward to it again tomorrow morning this a little earlier, it is hot here at 7:30 after exercising.
We ate breakfast. Then Jacob decided his wanted to call his friends Tanner & William. Tanner wasn't home, but he got ahold of William and William invited him over. So Jacob, Connor and I went over there. We got to meet William, Daniel (Williams' Little brother), Kathy (mom) and his Pat (dad). The kids enjoyed playing for a good 2 hours. They played in the woods, in Williams room and in the yard. We came home had lunch. Then I had both boys work on writing. Jacob on cursive and Connor on print. Oddly enough both boys can write pretty good. Connor can write all his letters and say them. Jacob has just about got cursive down pat.
It's 4 pm and the boys haven't gotten on each other nerves or mine for that matter. I'm hoping this keeps up.
I'm amazed I got some cleaning done without having to stop every 5 minutes to entertain Connor. WOW, the change when Jacob is home. I'm very thankful they have and love each other.
